Introduction to Zen Meditation Class

If you are new to Zen Meditation, Introduction to Zen meditation class is a great way to familiarize yourself with the practice. It is currently offered in-person only and is designed to offer you the tools necessary to begin integrating Zen Meditation into your daily life. We will go over the basics of Zen Meditation, elements of practice, a guided meditation, and a short Q&A.

Each class is facilitated by Eidō Ramirez, a Buddhist practitioner currently training for ordination under the guidance of Ted O’Toole, the guiding teacher at the Minnesota Zen Meditation Center in Minneapolis.

There is limited seating, so please Register in Advance.

Class Time: 6pm – 7:30pm

After you have registered, please arrive 15 minutes early to help everyone get oriented and settled in the Zendo before we begin.
